The life of an order: from checkout to dispatch
A Pier Peptides order makes four stops: checkout, payment, confirmation and dispatch. You place the order with a US address, send the exact amount in USDT, USDC or BTC to the wallet shown on your order page, and email the transaction hash to the desk. Nothing ships until the payment is confirmed. An order still unpaid 72 hours after it was placed is cancelled.

Shipping inside the United States: coverage, tracking and what to expect
Pier Peptides ships to addresses in the United States and nowhere else. The shipping charge is calculated at checkout and shown before you place the order. A parcel leaves only after its payment is confirmed; the carrier and the tracking number then appear on your order page. The desk does not quote delivery dates.

Reporting a damaged or wrong item within 7 days, and why opened boxes can't be returned
If a box arrives damaged, or an item differs from your order, email the desk within 7 days of delivery. Send the order number and photos of the parcel and its contents. Each report is checked against the order record and answered with the next step. Opened boxes cannot be returned, because an opened box can no longer be taken back as a sealed line.
