Put your order number in the subject line when you have one.

What to include

• Quotes and line items

  Attach your printed quote or list the lines. Say which ones you want checked.

• Payments

  Send the order number and the transaction hash. Add a screenshot of the transfer.

• Dispatch

  Quote the order number. Tracking is on your order page once the parcel moves.

• Damaged or wrong items

  Within 7 days of delivery. Order number and photos, please.
