Order size and the dispatch charge: how boxes are counted
The dispatch charge is worked out once per order from its box count. One charge covers a first block of boxes; each block after that adds a smaller amount. Every box counts, whichever item it is, and checkout shows the charge before the order is placed.
Counting boxes
The desk counts boxes, not items or vials. Three boxes of one item and one box of another make four boxes. The count includes every line in the cart, so a single order travels as one consignment with one charge.
The current blocks
Read from checkout each time this bulletin loads:
| Boxes | Blocks | Dispatch charge | Next block starts at box |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1 | $90.00 | 5 |
| 4 | 1 | $90.00 | 5 |
| 5 | 2 | $105.00 | 9 |
| 8 | 2 | $105.00 | 9 |
| 9 | 3 | $120.00 | 13 |
| 12 | 3 | $120.00 | 13 |
Where the charge appears
- Checkout shows it on the order summary, next to the boxes, before you place the order.
- The order page folds it into the total due; one transfer, Tron USDT or bitcoin, pays boxes and dispatch together.
- Nothing is collected at the door, and there is no separate dispatch invoice.
Planning a larger order
Because the first block carries most of the charge, one order of several boxes costs less to dispatch than the same boxes split across orders. Look at where the next block starts before adding a box: one past the boundary opens a new block. Coverage and tracking are in Bulletin 02.
