Opened boxes stay with you. Problems get reported within 7 days.

   Opened boxes cannot be returned.

   Box arrived damaged, or the wrong item came? Report it within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number and photos of the parcel and its contents to the desk.

   Each report is reviewed against the order record, and you get a reply with the next step.
